I've been 'overweight' all of my Adult life. I am what some call a 'weight fighter'. I've lost a few battles over the years - there's hardly a program out there I haven't tried, but I'm not about to give up the war. I've progressed far enough now that I realize that it's not the program that's going to have me seeing results - it's having a sound plan and sticking to it, and that's what this blog is about.
